ION is a collective of rank-and-file organizers, law students, attorneys, and community members dedicated to educating and empowering workers to confidently and aggressively assert their rights to organize and take collective action without relying on an established labor union.

We provide training and educational resources ranging from basic workers' rights on the job to union organizing and collective bargaining agreements. We also provide connections to pro bono legal services and mentorship to assist workers in organizing independent unions.
