Give this intense 6 minute Bicep Blast workout a try! This at home dumbbell workout is the perfect solution to pump your arms fast. We’ll be blasting the biceps with 6 consecutive bicep lifts. All you need is a pairs of dumbbells (we’ll be doing high volume so grab a lighter pair for your first time around).
Not only can you do this 6 minutes at home but, this would work as a great circuit to do at the gym. This fast routine is awesome for building muscle as well as increasing muscle endurance.
